Tentang Arrow OS

Arrow OS adalah sebuah ROM kustom yang berbasis AOSP yang bertujuan menjaga hal-hal sederhana, bersih, dan rapi. 

Developer ROM ini menambahkan fitur-fitur yang sebagian besar memang benar-benar bermanfaat untuk pengguna. Fitur tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan kinerja yang mulus (smooth) dengan konsumsi baterai yang lebih baik.

Meski ROM ini kurang familiar di telinga kita, ternyata banyak lho pengguna Arrow OS. Berdasarkan data statistik dari website Arrow OS, total instal ROM ini mencapai lebih dari 260.000.

Cara instal Custom ROM Arrow OS

Hal yang perlu dipersiapkan
  • TWRP Recovery
    Sebelum menginstal Custom ROM ini, pastikan smartphone anda telah terpasang TWRP. Karena semua Custom ROM tidak dapat diinstal tanpa melalui TWRP.

    Jika perangkat anda belum terpasang TWRP, saya sarankan baca dulu Cara pasang TWRP Sementara dan Permanen by Technoblogy
  • Backup
    Lakukan Full Backup sebelum mulai ke proses instalasi, karena menginstal Custom ROM akan menghapus data sistem dan aplikasi.
  • Custom Arrow OS.zip
    Download terlebih dahulu file Arrow OS.zip melalui link dibawah, pilih sesuai perangkat anda, lalu letakkan di penyimpanan internal.
  • GApps (Opsional)
    Download GApps disini (Pilih platform sesuai perangkat anda, Android 10.0, Variant Nano), lalu letakkan di penyimpanan internal anda.
  • Magisk (Opsional)
    Download magisk disini jika ingin melakukan ROOT.
  • Hapus kunci layar
    Hapus password/pin/pattern terlebih dahulu di menu pengaturan.

Jika semua yang dibutuhkan sudah siap, lanjut ke tahap menginstal ROM Arrow OS. Perhatikan langkah-langkah dibawah ini, jangan sampai ada yang salah atau terlewat.

Reboot Recovery

Matikan ponsel, lalu masuk ke mode recovery dengan menekan tombol power dan volume up secara bersamaan sampai muncul logo HP di layar

Wipe dalvik, cache, data, system, and vendor

Setelah masuk ke recovery (TWRP), pilih menu wipe, lalu advance wipe, lalu ceklist dalvik, cache, data, system, dan vendor. Pastikan ceklist 5 wipe tersebut.

Kemudian swipe ke kanan untuk memulai proses wipe

Flash ROM

Setelah selesai melakukan wipe, tekan tombol back (kembali) sampai ke menu awal. Lalu pilih menu instal, dan pilih Custom ROM Arrow OS.zip yang telah didownload.

Setelah itu swipe ke kanan untuk mulai proses instal Custom ROM.

Flash GApps

Kembali ke menu awal (home), lalu pilih install, lalu pilih Gapps yang tadi sudah didownload.

Swipe ke kanan untuk mulai proses instal.
Note: Anda dapat melewati langkah ini jika Gapps sudah include didalam ROM

Flash Magisk (Optional)

Setelah instal GApps selesai, tekan tombol reboot system untuk restart ponsel.

Atau instal Magisk.zip jika ingin melakukan Root ponsel anda, caranya dengan kembali lagi ke menu awal dan pilih menu install, pilih file magisk.zip.

Swipe ke kanan untuk mulai proses instal magisk.

Setelah selesai, pilih reboot system

Done
